  • For Returns

    • Log onto your Ocean Minded™ account here. After logging in, hover over the ‘shop’ link, then click ‘my account’. On the lower left of the page, click on ‘create sales return’ link. Click on the order number of the product you would like to return, and you will be given step-by-step instructions to generate your RMA number. This number will monitor the return of your Ocean Minded™ shoes and enable you to receive your refund. Please allow approximately 2-4 weeks for a refund to appear on your credit card. Ocean Minded is not responsible for lost or damaged items, so please retain tracking information for your records.

  • How do I proceed with a return/exchange?

    • Ocean Minded will exchange or return unworn shoes purchased from us within 60 days from the packing slip date. You will need to create a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number accessible only through your oceanminded.com account in order to proceed with your return or exchange.

  • What is the Ocean Minded warranty?

    • Ocean Minded proudly warrants every product it makes to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. Any such defects are fully covered provided you have your original receipt or order number, and contact us within 1 year of the purchase date. Shoes purchased outside the 1 year warranty period or without a receipt or order number, will not be accepted. Our warranty does not cover normal wear, or products damaged by neglect, or misuse.
