On Thursday, August 6th 2009 Ocean Minded teamed up with OC Surf Camp to host a beach cleanup in Oceanside, CA. All of the boys and girls in the camp participated in the cleanup and amassed approximately 40 pounds of trash!

Indialantic, FL Beach Cleanup July 31, 2009
Ocean Minded teamed up with Dillard’s, Surfrider, and OM Brand Ambassador, Bethany Hamilton to host a beach cleanup in Indialantic Beach, Florida on July 31st. With over 50 participants, Ocean Minded was able to collect and properly dispose of approximately 105 pounds of trash! Thank you to everyone who helped make a difference!

On Sunday, July 12th, Ocean Minded teamed up with Island Vibe and Wavescape to host a beach cleanup at Jeffery’s Bay, South Africa. Over 80 people participanted in the cleanup, collecting and properly disposing of 60 bags of trash! Thank you to everyone who helped out at this great event!
