You can always find him training and competing in several extreme sports, including stand up paddling (SUP), tow-in surfing, skiing, snowboarding, kite surfing and mountain biking. He became the first person to SUP the large waves of the Cortes Bank, a dangerously shallow chain of underwater mountains in the Pacific Ocean, about 115 miles west of San Diego, CA and has over 70 victories in SUP racing and surfing competitions in the U.S., Mexico, Europe, Hawaii, South America, and Australia.
